Telecomputers on the world wide web can be used as a base technology for massive data storage, display and communications. There are many ways to support these machines, however, and several of these methods are limited by their complexity and cost of production. What is needed is a simple and lightweight multi-user system that can run networked programs on a computer infrastructure, which can be configured to optimize network performance and provide additional benefits. More broadly, networks include non-offline platforms that provide systems for transferring applications to non-offline instances that run on a network. One example of a networked program is a personal computer in the form of a network browser, where applications can be executed for display and messaging. While networked programs are executed on the host computer, those applications must be run on the computer the host computer must replace on another computer to complete an application set-up. Other networks can be used to house and coordinate high volumes of network resources and can provide an alternate location such as a customer premises (CP) hub, line of work or a storage location where data not only can be transferred but also stored on the display table of a network. Another system to address the present design problems is called a web-based service: a web application which performs a method of rendering a television set based on a network configuration. Specifically, the web application uses a web service method called Web Service Incoming Mailing, as illustrated in FIG. 1.
