In the next few months, we’ll feature two important data sets (GAT and RFT) to encourage your opinion on the nature and development of the environment. The GAT database tracks household energy use and shows in which direction it is going relative to the industry growth rate. This is a dataset collected by Global Asset for Transport (GAT) across the world since 2012. The RFT database tracks state and industrial expenditures using a sampling scenario ranging from 1/25th the amount received by households in a household in 2010 to 1/2/25th the amount received by households in another household. The GAT dataset collects real-estate based on the average financial per capita income of the population. Where households use real-estate as the primary means of consumption, this is indicated by data collected in the GAT database.

Consumption data is collected between 1976 and 1999 from a variety of sources including market indexes, local news websites, magazines and blogs. To address these challenges, the GAT will use data from a wide variety of sources including real-estate, private (classical) and for-profit corporations, including real estate companies, the Federal Estate Agency, state and commercial developers, private institutions, housing developers and foundations, and private businesses. This sampling methodology has been used in recent GAT surveys. These real-estate and industrial data are the basis for designing and compiling a regional analysis of the environment of the country. The major global drivers for the country’s transportation infrastructure have been identified in different ways, by way of the biophysical, geophysical and climatic variables like rainfall, weather, humidity, temperature, overuse of land and other factors. GAT data from June 2011 includes all current vehicles. The data collection has been continued since May 2012, so this is a snapshot of trends in these regions.
