So I had a lot of meetings with her and the guys from the store helped figure out what we needed to do, and we made a very good team with our “out of the box” approach. I led this meeting to one of their management teams he was under a lot of pressure and it was very important that they weren’t just letting me work on this project because I really just wanted to stay in that situation. I worked very closely with this person for two weeks and each week he would be doing a little bit different on the project and we definitely had a really good group together as before.
