Baxters Asia Pacific Talent Edge Initiative The Asia Pacific Asia talent edge initiative (aIPI) focuses on giving people the right to succeed in Asia, all based on deep knowledge of management principles and management economics. The Asia Pacific project, www.aspacemarket.org, was launched in 2005 by the Japanese Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe. The first team of ten teams was selected from among the top talent that took part in the campaign as far away as Japan, South Korea and North America. Over the course of the initiative ten team’s members received an increase in collective goals, and gained in-depth knowledge of the concept of talent. The mission of the initiative was to make it possible for people to carry on the spirit of the initiative wherever they go. “Working out in-depth and moving on with this vision of a unique value perspective develops the potential of building a fantastic and meaningful international ecosystem of talent as a result of the concept of talent in art.” Team members The first team of ten members took part in a campaign, from 2005 to 2008, to raise money for the initiative.

During the campaign team had a good idea how to use this opportunity to find and promote the best talent in a way that is sustainable and measurable. In the 2008 campaign, 10 members were inspired to reach out to the leadership and take part in a radio programme on behalf of R&B and/or other industries during the campaign.
