Harbus Foundation In the 1960s, the Nautiy—the National Autonomous Film Organization (NATO) agency and the agency of the State owned Media Cooperative (NAMC) in Kenya was the organization responsible for supporting Kenya’s digital media field. NAMC continued to lobby with the African World Council for Digital Heritage and the International Broadcasting Council to build strong partnerships with the Zeta Network (ZNF) and Central Europe League (CELE). Through the 2003 film Oozwumba, the NAMC was the first official coalition partner behind ZNF which promoted arts-related projects that were dedicated to the development of Africa’s arts- and community affairs.
